Primary Duties

Perform various duties related to specific scholarly and professional skills. Your assignment as a Graduate Assistant will involve computer end user support for the Provost Office and other Provost Divisions as well as phone support for the Graduate School helpdesk. The work as a Graduate Assistant will entail twenty (20) hours per week. We will work with you to determine a schedule that allows you to meet your academic responsibilities as a graduate student.
  • Install Windows image on Dell desktop and Laptop computers and deliver to end user.
  • Candidates must have good communication skills; working knowledge Windows 11 Microsoft Office 2019, O365 and Mac OS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems over the phone, remotely, and in-person.

Minimum Requirements

Must be registered for at least twelve graduate credit hours each quarter of the academic year. Must meet eligibility criteria published by graduate programs that make awards and appointments.
