CCM is seeking a Work Study Student to provide Level 1 HelpDesk support to students, faculty and staff.


Responsibilities include:

  • Providing phone support for all CCM related hardware, software, and servers in a mixed MAC/Windows environment;
  • Using Footprints Ticketing system for unresolved tickets;
  • Direct lab support for 21 dual booted Apple computers.


Phone support for the College will be to the helpdesk located in 3207 Mary Emery Hall. This Technologies Level 1 support position is the primary point of contact for all CCM Computer and technology questions and problems.


Minimum Requirements
  • Recipient of work study award based on financial need and must be admitted into a degree program.
  • Must be enrolled at least part-time (6 credit hours for undergraduate students and 5 credit hours for graduate students), with the exception of summer quarter, or will be a registered student during the next academic quarter/semester for summer work. Student workers must meet the enrollment requirement for the entire quarter.
  • Must be age 16 or older.
