Under general supervision from a designated administrator, coordinate a comprehensive program of student services for Housing and Food Services.


Characteristic Duties

  • Oversees all activities of call center personnel and operations. Hires, trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates student staff. Responsible for quality assurance including monitoring of live calls. Develops and implements programs to assess student needs and expectations. Provides hands-on support to call center staff and handles referrals requiring supervisory authority. Maintains statistics and provides regular reports on call center activity and performance. 
  • Resolve complex problems, work with appropriate staff to develop and implement intervention strategies using professional counseling techniques. Make expert referrals as needed.
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate programs for students and other customers (e.g., periodic housing paper/web/e-mail based communications/updates; special recruitment events/showcases). Coordinate with other Campus Services departments on offerings and services.
  • May participate in performing one or more of the following duties: mentor new hired HSA’s; hire, train and supervise Student Housing Assistants; serve as team leader for scheduling and other management activities; coordinate HSA training program.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years experience; -OR- Associate’s degree with five (5) years experience; -OR- seven (7) years experience. Also requires counselor or service provider experience.


Preferred qualifications

Work experience using Five9 and StarRez programs
