In fulfillment of this mission, UC Online invites applicants to the position of Student Success Coordinator. We are seeking a forward-thinking innovator who is eager to join UC's newest academic unit as we build the next chapter in online education.


The Student Success Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to students and faculty immersed in online courses, certificates, and degree programs. The Student Success Coordinator provides operational support to students and faculty regarding educational program issues such as student consultation and advising, registration, course selection, ordering course materials and textbooks, student success strategies, and the timelines to complete all items regarding degree programs, certificates, or courses. The Student Success Coordinator serves as a liaison between college personnel, faculty, and new and returning students. This individual will have extensive contact with online students and will need to develop relationships that encourage and support student progression and program completion.


Additional Application Information

This position is based on the UC Main Campus in the Clifton area of Cincinnati, OH and the selected candidate will be expected to work on-campus.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in support of student retention within a higher education institution

Proficient in essential office technology (Ex: MS Office Suite applications)

Excellent oral and written communication skills
