Job Overview

Assist in coordinating cross-functional Agile development teams, utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework to shape the future of technology and make applications better and faster: Modern Cloud Solutions, DevOps Enablement, Azure Data, and Power BI.

Essential Functions

  • Support one or more enterprise level delivery teams within a fast-paced product development driven environment.
  • Lead scrum teams charged with implementing small- to medium-sized initiatives.
  • Assist DevOps teams in achieving their goals as high-performing software development teams. -
  • Create a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement and provide a leader for Agile projects.
  • Ensure clear communication and organization of the group and coach development employees in all aspects of the standard Agile Scrum process.
  • Identify and remove impediments to progress.
  • Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Manage the backlog, track daily sprint progress, and maintain schedules.
  • Support, coach and mentor team members.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis or related field
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Trainings/Certifications

Required Experience

  • Three (3) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating at multiple levels of the organization, particularly inside of a team environment.
  • Coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts.
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal and organizational conflicts - strong mediator.
