Job Overview
Responsible for utilization and support of designated scheduling software.
Essential Functions
- Utilize designated software, oversee resources availability and capacity to ensure optimum production and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate production schedule; optimize the use of classrooms for course scheduling including coordinating the transfer of data from the student information system to the scheduling system.
- Calendaring and analysis utilization of the schedulable rooms.
- Coordinate and implement departmental standards and policies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with IT administrators and associated vendors to manage software updates and work with vendor to address software bugs.Train and support end-users in various colleges and departments.
- Create custom reports for use by departments to assure required information is available to those responsible for the use of university space.

Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
Two (2) years of professional experience in scheduling events and/or meetings.
Additional Qualifications Considered
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with scheduling software such as Series 25/25Live, AD ASTRA and/or EMS.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
