The Program Manager will provide administrative support to the MEDTAPP Providers as Allies in Equity and Care (PAEC) grant. The Manager must have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience managing several tasks at a time, and be detail-oriented. This individual will also serve as a key member of the project team coordinating activities between faculty, staff, and students.


Job Characteristic

  • Network and recruit with Ohio Medicaid providers to participate in two virtual reality simulations.
  • Drive to performance sites to implement the project procedures.
  • Coordinate activities by the faculty, staff, and students.
  • Attend conferences to recruit participants and implement the project procedures.
  • Recruit, supervise, and evaluate performance of graduate and undergraduate student workers.
  • Prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials.
  • Monitor for compliance and scientific integrity of the project.
  • Schedule meetings for the principal investigators related to the project. 
  • Demonstrate competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Perform other related duties based on project need.


Minimum qualifications 

Bachelor's degreee with three (3) years experience; - OR - Associate's Degree with five (5) years experience or seven (7) years experience past positions.


This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
