The College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine is looking for a Program Coordinator for the University of Cincinnati Office of Medical Education Graduate Medical Education program. This position will support the University’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities.


Summary:  Provides necessary support to the Office of Medical Education Graduate Medical Education program in the Department of Internal Medicine as needed for day to day operation to include direct support to the program director.


Key Job Elements:

  1. Maintains and coordinates individualized elective schedules.
  2. Organize, set up, and track attendance at conferences and meetings.
  3. Assist residents and faculty in credentialing, student loans, travel, evaluations, etc.
  4. Manage Resident dashboard
  5. Administrative support for program director
  6. Med-Hub evaluations and reports
  7. Manage long block evaluation data
  8. Assist in annual recruitment


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field with one year of experience; Or, Associate Degree with three (3) years of experience; Or Five (5) years of related experience. Prefer experience in a healthcare or academic environment. Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office programs.
