Job Overview

The Office of the University Registrar is hiring a Program Coordinator to plan, design, evaluate, modify, and coordinate efforts primarily in classroom scheduling. This position may allow a hybrid work schedule arrangement.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate centrally scheduled classroom placement efforts.
• Design/create and conduct training, workshops, and/or programs.
• Develop objectives and monitor data on progress toward objectives. Identify problems and solutions, prioritize projects, and develop action steps for improvements.
• Develop, administer, and analyze assessments, evaluations, and/or questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports.
• Interact with students, staff, faculty, external agencies, and other University departments. • May conduct research and benchmarking to uphold best practices.
• Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

One (1) year of program coordination experience.

Additional Qualifications Considered

• Experience with managing logistics or operations.
• Customer service, front desk, or client-facing experience.
