Job Overview

Coordinate orders for digital reprographics.

Essential Functions

  • Operate, maintain and prioritize the operation of all production devices and projects. 
  • Maintain mechanical adjustments to the department’s equipment to ensure the quality of all projects. 
  • Consult with clients regarding specific needs. Provide estimates to clients on production costs.
  • Meet client deadlines within cost estimates.
  • Arrange art expert intervention when necessary.
  • Assist with processing computerized billing system.
  • Assist with managing unit’s cost recovery budget.
  • Order necessary supplies.
  • Compile production reports.
  • Assign work to student workers and continually review appropriate workflow

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED

Required Trainings/Certifications

Valid driver’s license.

Required Experience

  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • All production and customer service experience will be accepted. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
