Job Overview
Coordinate orders for digital reprographics.
Essential Functions
- Operate, maintain and prioritize the operation of all production devices and projects.
- Maintain mechanical adjustments to the department’s equipment to ensure the quality of all projects.
- Consult with clients regarding specific needs. Provide estimates to clients on production costs.
- Meet client deadlines within cost estimates.
- Arrange art expert intervention when necessary.
- Assist with processing computerized billing system.
- Assist with managing unit’s cost recovery budget.
- Order necessary supplies.
- Compile production reports.
- Assign work to student workers and continually review appropriate workflow
- Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Trainings/Certifications
Valid driver’s license.
Required Experience
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- All production and customer service experience will be accepted.
- Excellent customer service skills.
