Job Overview

This position coordinates and completes duplicating production orders for customers from UC, UC Health, Cincinnati State, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and other customers outside of UC. Offset Press Operator and/or Bulk Mail Operator skills are a plus, with opportunities for cross-training at either position.

Essential Functions

  • Operate, maintain and prioritize the operation of all production devices and projects. 
  • Maintain mechanical adjustments to the department’s equipment to ensure the quality of all projects. 
  • Consult with clients regarding specific needs. Provide estimates to clients on production costs.
  • Meet client deadlines within cost estimates.
  • Arrange art expert intervention when necessary.
  • Assist with processing computerized billing system.
  • Assist with managing unit’s cost recovery budget.
  • Order necessary supplies.
  • Compile production reports.
  • Assign work to student workers and continually review appropriate workflow

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED

Required Trainings/Certifications

Valid driver’s license.

Required Experience

  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • All production and customer service experience will be accepted
  • Excellent customer service skills.
