The Director of Student Recruitment will lead the recruitment efforts to enroll students for our undergraduate and graduate programs. As a member of a team in which students are placed at the center of all that we do, the Director of Student Recruitment will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to plan, strategize, and implement a dynamic recruitment plan to meet enrollment targets and priorities for all programs.


The Director of Student Recruitment will work in tandem with the Program Coordinator/Directors and the Marketing team to develop and implement a recruitment strategy. They are responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of recruitment efforts for on campus and online programs, focusing on enrolling students who are a best fit for our programs. Responsibilities includes:

  • Develop and implement student acquisition strategies from lead generation through enrollment
  • Manage customer service experience for leads through enrolled students
  • Effectively use a CRM to track interactions and progression of all leads through enrollment
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to speed to lead, call management, applications vetted, and new student starts
  • Oversee and assist in the execution of university and college admission processes/procedures


Minimum QualificationsMaster’s degree in related educational program, student affairs administration or other related field with five (5) years’ experience; -OR-Bachelor’s degree with seven (7) years’ experience; -OR- Associate’s degree with nine (9) years’ experience; -OR- eleven (11) years’ experience. Experience may also require at least three (3) years of supervision. May require experience in international admissions and/or minority recruitment


Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education, with a prior role in recruitment
  • Knowledge of healthcare, with experience in nursing or a related health field
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in individual and group settings
  • Strong written communication and editing skills, with prior experience creating annual reports
  • Proficient computer skills, comfortable with a variety of technologies and online systems, including CRMs.
