The Carl H. Lindner College of Business is seeking to hire a Director of Undergraduate Enrollment to strategically lead the development and implementation of recruitment and yield programs and events targeting academically prepared and strongly motivated prospective students to our undergraduate business programs. Primary Duties

  • Collaborate with college leadership and utilize data driven analysis to set enrollment projections and strategies;
  • Develop and coordinate recruitment and marketing activities with our Lindner Marketing department, including promotional events, high school visitations, college programs, school publications, and other media; Strategically design communications to target students to generate applications from target populations;
  • Strategically design communications, touchpoints, and yield activities to encourage admitted students to confirm with Lindner, flowchart these processes, and conduct A/B tests of communication plans;
  • Effectively utilize university systems CaRT and Slate throughout the admissions process to understand enrollment trends and inform the strategic design of the recruitment cycle;
  • Collaborate with UC Office of Admissions to coordinate recruitment and yield activities;
  • Explore opportunities and develop new approaches toward building a diverse applicant and confirmation pool of prospective students;
  • Direct the administrative, operational and fiscal activities of the division, including admissions, registration and financial aid;
  • Lead the enrollment team to develop and fulfill strategic recruitment plan to increase awareness of programs, develop College events, work with prospects, and fulfill enrollment targets of the business undergraduate programs;
  • Design new programs to enhance the diversity of the applicant and confirmation pools;
  • Supervise two staff members and ensure appropriate collaboration and opportunities for staff development;
  • Coordinate with appropriate parties to manage and ensure accuracy of college scholarship process
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need
     

Minimum Requirements

Academic positions will require specific eductional credentials and experience related to the program for which the position is responsible

 

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years experience; -OR- Associate’s degree with seven (7) years experience; -OR- nine (9) years experience.  Experience must be in enrollment services or related field. Experience may also require at least one (1) year supervision

 

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in related educational program, student affairs administration, or other related field with three (3) years experience ;May require experience in international admissions and/or minority recruitmentPrior experience leadership experience with college recruitment, familiarity with educational application process, and expertise in Slate are highly desirable. Experience with data driven decision making should be demonstrable. The recruiter must be a self-starter, with superior interpersonal skills, solid oral and written communication skills, and strong planning and organizational abilities.
