Job Overview

Provide support for digital marketing and communication initiatives, including content and measurement. Responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns and the college website.

Essential Functions

  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research to optimize the performance of digital strategies.
  • Tracking, managing and strategizing digital advertising placements and performance.
  • Creation and maintenance of social media content.
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar.
  • Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
  • Manage and assess college’s analytics, utilizing and reporting data to provide guidance for marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Work closely with the college’s marketing and communication team to help maintain internal and external websites and optimize content and experience for performance.
  • Work closely with university’s technical support team to ensure accessibility, functionality and performance of college’s digital platforms, specifically ensuring compliance with sections 504 and 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

One (1) year of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with AEM and SEO.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools.
