Job Overview
Act as team lead for Custodial Workers and maintain operating efficiency for assigned area.
Essential Functions
- Inspect buildings for health and safety hazards.
- Provide information for work orders.
- Complete any project work deemed necessary by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Clean furniture, walls, windows, floors, fixtures, and equipment.
- Remove trash. Remove snow and ice from walkways.
- Make minor repairs to equipment.
- Inventory, pickup, or deliver supplies.
- Train employees.
- Follow Standard Operations Procedures.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Trainings/Certifications
Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
Required Experience
Two (2) years of housekeeping experience. Some floor care and computer experience.
Ability to count, read, write, add, and subtract
Ability to understand warning signs
