Job Overview

Lindner is searching for a Coordinator of Unit Operations to support our Management and OBAIS department. This position will report to the Manager of Unit Operations and will coordinate processes, projects, special events, and provide administrative services leadership.

 

This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.

Essential Functions

  • Process Coordination & Compliance: Oversee projects, events, and service units; recommend and implement process improvements; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Course & Faculty Support: Manage syllabi collection, faculty schedules, course evaluations, adjunct assignments, and reporting.
  • TA/GA & Student Worker Management: Handle hiring, communication, data tracking, and timesheet approvals for teaching assistants and student workers.
  • Financial & Travel Processing: Coordinate travel, reimbursements, purchasing, students, guests.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Manage all aspects and agendas for special events, including coordinating special speakers, visitors, and workshops to ensure compliance with state regulations and university policies and procedures and established service standards.
  • Department Administration: Maintain records, manage inventory, oversee office logistics, website updates, and room reservations.
  • Donor Engagement: Prepare donor acknowledgments and track donor activity.
  • Technology & System Support: Manage department databases, shared drives, and digital records; ensure efficient use of department systems.
  • Communication & Outreach: Serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, students, and external partners; facilitate effective information flow.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

One (1) year of relevant experience.
