Job Overview

Under the general supervision from a designated administrator, the Data Reporting Analyst 2 will identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. Incumbent collaborates with clients and internal teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.

Essential Functions

  • Interpret results using a variety of statistical techniques.
  • Work directly with clients to identify business requirements.
  • Convert business requirements into developed reports.
  • Develop reports and dashboards with limited supervision and have the ability to guide business users on best practices.
  • Comprehends reporting catalog and is capable of maintaining existing catalog.
  • Ability to work independently and has familiarity with business processes and procedures.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or other related field.
  • Six (6) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

  • Two (2) years of business and/or ERP related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of systems and database administration and must work well within a team environment.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
