Job Overview

UC Clermont invites applications for an Assistant  Professor of Cancer Registry Management - Educator faculty position beginning August 1, 2025. The UC Clermont Cancer Registry Management program is fully online and accredited by the National Cancer Registry Association (NCRA).  UC Clermont is an open-admission regional campus located 25 miles east of the University of Cincinnati in Batavia, Ohio with an enrollment of approximately 3,500 students. The college offers a variety of certificates, transfer programs, two-year technical degrees, and a baccalaureate degree.

Essential Functions

  • Assistant Professor Educator – This full-time faculty position includes teaching 12 credit hours per semester for two semesters, ongoing Professional Development and research, and service to the department, college, university, and community. 
  • All candidates must have the appropriate degree awarded by the time of appointment.
  • The position includes teaching Cancer Registry Management courses across the spectrum including Cancer Registry Operations, Disease Coding and Staging, Abstracting Methods, Data Analysis and Quality Assurance, and Cancer Registry Clinical classes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must hold a current ODS credential
  • Five (5) years of work experience practicing in cancer registry
  • Online college-level teaching experience
