Job Overview
This position will report to the Assistant Director of the Admissions Operational Innovations team. The role will support the admissions office by implementing and explaining university admissions policies, evaluating admissions applications, managing admissions operations functionality for assigned demographic/population (transfers, student-athletes, regional campuses, etc.) and auditing application data to maintain accurate student records. Other duties may include managing a daily email inbox and processing high school and college transcripts including data entry and transfer credit.
This position is a full-time staff position and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with the options of up to four (4) remote working days per week. Residence must be within the Cincinnati Tri-State area (OH/IN/KY) with reasonable distance to campus to have the ability to report to campus as required.
Essential Functions
- Manage application operations requests and process applications for assigned student population (i.e. cancellations, major changes, term deferrals, and campus changes).
- Update and maintain accurate student records both in CRM and the university’s Student Information System.
- Process high school and/or college transcripts, which may include data entry and transfer credit evaluations for all campuses and student populations.
- Maintain admissions guidelines and criteria for application review.
- Review and assess applications for direct admission.
- Monitor and adjust daily audit queries to ensure the accuracy of application data.
- Attend admissions related events to provide application support.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
Associate's Degree
Two (2) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be user in lieu of education requirement.
Additional Qualifications Considered
Experience with Technolutions Slate and/or PeopleSoft, or other CRM software.
Experience with processing high school and college transcripts.
Detail oriented and organized.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
