The University of Cincinnati’s Department of Rehabilitation, Exercise & Nutrition Sciences is searching for a term adjunct faculty to provide course instruction in the Bachelor’s in Health Sciences program. The specific duty of this position is to provide course instruction in HLTH 2011 HealthCare Ethics, 3 Cr Hrs. The course is to be conducted as a hybrid course, partially and partially on campus during Fall 2019 semester. Responsibilities of the position include delivery of course material, grading assignments, monitoring student participation, providing timely feedback and responses to student inquisitions, adherence to program and college policies and procedures, and maintaining communication with the Director of the course.

 

Position Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Doctoral degree in an appropriate health science area is preferred.
    • Candidates with a Master’s r other terminal degree will be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience is preferred.
    • Teaching in a clinical envirnment will be considered.
  • Candidates must have computer and internet literacy and be comfortable with online instructional methods.
