Work Study Student Assistant

Undergraduate Affairs

College of Engineering and Applied Science


The College of Engineering and Applied Science is currently seeking a Work Study Student to assist in the Office of Undergraduate Affairs. This is a part-time position. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Update student Curriculum check sheets; verify content and post new grades; identify academic issues
  • File and maintain student records and documents
  • Make copies
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Answer inquiries about procedural forms
  • Pull files to accompany petitions needing a signature
  • Greet students, faculty, and staff upon arrival to the office
  • Answer the telephone

  • Able to learn and use computer programs


 Please note that due to the nature of this position and the responsibilities, CEAS students will not be considered for the role.
