Work Study Student - CEAS

This is a Work Study position in the Department of Engineering Education.
Student will perform general office duties based on departmental need including, but not limited to, the following:
- Assisting with collecting data and preparing spreadsheets
- Assisting faculty and students with laptop loaners and tutorial rooms
- Answering the phone
- Copying and scanning documents
- Maintaining copy machine(s) and fax machines (paper, toner)
- Collecting and distributing mail, faxes, and packages as received
- Organizing office material
- Running campus errands
Minimum Qualifications: Student must be at least a part-time student admitted to a degree program and the recipient of a FEDERAL WORK STUDY award based on financial need. Student must also meet the enrollment requirements for the entire term of employment and must be 16 years of age or older.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as experience with MS Office products, significant programming experiences (i.e., regularly use programming languages like Java/Java Script, Python, C/C+/C#, and/or SQL) good with details, and great organizational skills.
