The University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering and Applied Science invites applications for a Post-doctoral Researcher in the IMS Center in the Department of Mechanical & Materials Engineering. This position requires a PhD, as well as experience in the areas of mechanical engineering, asset management, data acquisition, condition monitoring, data analysis and algorithm development. 


Some duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to: organizing and composing publications; developing research proposals; managing and conducting research projects; organizing and composing project reports; mentoring junior researchers; investigating new research areas; and presenting on behalf of the IMS Center, among others.


Minimum Qualifications:  PhD in a related engineering field, with a focus on data acquisition, data analysis, predictive analytics, modeling and algorithm development for industrial applications.
