The University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering and Applied Science invites applications for a Post-doctoral Researcher in the IMS Center in the Department of Mechanical & Materials Engineering. 


Some duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to: organizing and composing publications; developing research proposals; managing and conducting research projects; organizing and composing project reports; mentoring junior researchers; investigating new research areas; and presenting on behalf of the IMS Center, among others.


Minimum qualifications: PhD in Mechanical/Materials Engineering or a related engineering field, as well as experience in the areas of mechanical engineering, asset management, data acquisition, condition monitoring, data analysis and algorithm development.


Ideal qualifications: Experience will have a focus on data acquisition, data analysis, predictive analytics, modeling and algorithm development for industrial applications.
